It is a lightweight gel that sinks into the skin and dissolves well with a unique combination of two clinically tested ingredients – salicylic acid and mandelic acid (a lipid-soluble Alpha Hydroxy Acid) – that targets current and future acne problems.
Simultaneously, mandalic acid gently exfoliates the skin to reduce discoloration and other signs, white tea extract, a powerful antioxidant, restores skin’s natural suppleness. With smoother, problem-free skin, you can face the day with confidence.

This product targets acne problems in the PAST, by:
- Mandelic acid helps reduce discoloration from past acne problems by gently exfoliating skin for a firmer and cleaner look.
This product targets CURRENT acne problems, by:
- White tea extract is a very powerful antioxidant that can restore the skin’s natural elasticity while simultaneously supporting the skin’s resistance to aging caused by environmental adverse effects.
- Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid that absorbs into the pores to clear up severe acne.
This product targets the FUTURE acne problem, by means of:
- Mandelic acid gently exfoliates the skin, helping to keep the skin clean to prevent acne from reappearing.
THE MAIN INGREDIENT
- Gluconolactone – this polyhydroxy acid gently absorbs into the skin to reduce the appearance of large pore sizes as well as the visible impact of acne.
- Salicylic acid – a beta-hydroxy acid that absorbs into the pores to treat very severe acne.
- Mandelic acid – a lipid-soluble alpha-hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates skin to leave skin smoother and cleaner.
HOW TO USE
Use in the morning after applying toner. Place the size of a pea on your fingertips, then gently wipe upwards and outwards all over your face and neck. Avoid contact with the eye area. Follow with a recommended moisturizer during the day such as Moisture Restore Day Protective Lotion SPF 15 (Combination to Oily)
Note: Your skin may take a few days to acclimate to a range of products. We recommend starting with one product at a time. Add more products from time to time.
Some people may feel their skin becomes dry when using the Nu Skin Clear Action Day Treatment. To avoid excessive dryness, start with a very small amount of Nu Skin Clear Action Day Treatment once every two to three days to give the skin time to adjust. In addition, as with any product, we recommend applying the product to a small area of skin to test for sensitivity or irritation before applying the product to a larger area. If sensitivity or irritation persists, discontinue use.
Some people may experience increased photosensitivity when using Nu Skin Clear Action System products, meaning the skin may be more sensitive than normal to sunlight. We recommend avoiding sun exposure when using this product.
